Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation date. This ensures dedicated time and preparation for your project. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Consultations may be rescheduled or canceled up to 1 hour before the appointment. Changes made less than 1 hour before, no-shows, or cancellations after completion will incur a $50 fee. In-person services may be rescheduled at any time through direct communication. Cancellations made before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after midnight on the day services are scheduled to begin are non-refundable. 3. Scope of Service This consultation focuses on design layout, color palettes, display styling, and overall spatial recommendations to enhance your business environment. No construction, installation, or purchasing services are included unless otherwise agreed upon. 4. Measurements and Access Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photos, or videos of their space prior to the consultation if virtual. Local clients (within 25 miles of the business address) may opt to add on an on-site measurement service for an additional fee. 5. Product Purchasing and Setup Clients are responsible for purchasing any recommended products, materials, or furnishings. Evora Interiors by Alyssa does not offer direct purchasing or installation services at this time, though local setup or styling add-ons may be available. 6. Deliverables After the consultation, clients will receive a summary guide outlining discussed ideas, layout recommendations, and visual direction. 7. Completion Agreement Once the client receives the final consultation deliverables and confirms receipt, the project is considered complete. Any additional revisions, design development, or layout changes requested after completion will require a new booking. 8. Professional Limitations Evora Interiors by Alyssa is not a licensed architectural or engineering firm. Evora Interiors will not be responsible for structural changes, electrical modifications, plumbing modifications, or construction. If these services are needed, an additional contractor will need to be hired.
