3-step process: - Pre-Design Health Intake: stress triggers, sleep, and routine profiling - Sensory Audit: light, sound, pattern density, airflow, and clutter load - Post-Project Check-In: stress scale + sleep quality review, tweaks Expected outcomes: - Reduction in perceived stress (self-report scale) - Improvement in sleep and relaxation quality - Reduction in visual noise Tier 1: Design Plan — $1,600 - Consultation & Site Visit: health intake, measurements, determine problems & needs - Design Phase: recommended room layout, lighting plan, material selection, and color palette - Final deliverables: PDF with recommendations, shopping list, and detailed action plan Tier 2: Design + Project Management — $3,700 - Initial consultation & site visit: health intake, take measurements, learn problems and needs - Planning Phase: detailed construction documents outlining floor plans, elevations, layout plans, and lighting plans - Design Phase: material specifications, color palettes - Order phase: materials are ordered, contractors are hired, and installation is scheduled - Installation phase: installation has started, additional site visits will be conducted as needed - Review phase: 30-day and 60-day post-installation reviews


Cancellation Policy

Tier 1: Design Plan Cancellation Policy: Plans change—we get it. You can cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before your first scheduled session. Refund policy: Cancel 7+ days before the site visit → 100% refund Cancel within 7 days of the site visit → 50% refund prior to site visit, 50% minus hours worked at $65/hr after site visit (work has begun) Cancel after 7 days of the site visit → 25% refund minus hour worked at $65/hr (work is majority completed) How to cancel:
 Email hello@evorainteriors.com or use the "Cancel Booking" link in your confirmation email. We'll confirm within 1 business day. Payment:
 Full payment is due at booking. Tier 2: Design + Project Management Cancellation Policy: You can cancel before the project kickoff meeting (your first scheduled session). Once the project begins, cancellations are subject to work completed and vendor costs incurred. Refund policy: Cancel before initial consultation → Full refund of your 50% deposit During Planning Phase (before Design Phase begins) → Refund of unused deposit minus hours worked at $75/hr. During Design Phase (before Order Phase begins)→  Refund of 50% minus hours worked at $75/hr; planning deliverables provided as-is. Once Order Phase Begins →  Minimal/no refund. Client is responsible for all non-refundable costs, and contractor commitments. Any refundable balance is net of hours worked at $75/hr. During Installation or Review →  No refund. The project is substantially complete. How to cancel:
 Email hello@evorainteriors.com with "Cancel [Service Name]" in the subject line. We'll send you a final accounting of work completed and any vendor costs, then process your refund within 5 business days. Payment:
 50% deposit due at booking. Remaining 50% due at the midpoint of the project (end of design phase). Work will pause until payment is received.
