Service Description
Perfect for clients who want a professionally curated design plan. Over approximately two weeks, we’ll create a complete, customized concept for your room or space — ready for you to implement at your own pace. This package includes: Initial 30-Minute Consultation to understand your goals, style, and needs. Mood Board & Color Palette to establish the look and feel of your space. Furniture, Lighting & Material Selections tailored to your style and budget. Recommendations for Contractors, Brands & Stores/Dealerships to help you source and execute your design. FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) Specification for a clear, organized shopping list. End-of-Service agreement to ensure everything meets your expectations. At just $1,500 per room/space, this two-week package delivers a professional design blueprint — giving you the confidence and clarity to bring your vision to life.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with Evora Interiors by Alyssa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure fairness, clarity, and a smooth design process. 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is due upon booking for all services. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Consultation: May be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. No-shows or changes made less than 1 hour prior will be charged the full cost ($100). Packages: If you cancel after reserving a start date but before work begins, a $250 cancellation fee applies, and the rest will be refunded. If work has begun, a percentage of the fee will be retained based on progress (e.g., 50% complete = 50% retained) plus the $250 fee. All completed work will be delivered as-is. 3. Measurements & Site Visits Clients must provide accurate space measurements for the Technical and Full Packages. An add-on Measurements Service is available. Site visits are limited to clients within 25 miles of our company address. 4. Purchasing Products Clients are responsible for purchasing all recommended furniture, finishes, and materials. Evora Interiors by Alyssa provides guidance only. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to provide timely information, feedback, and approvals. Delays may affect project timelines. 6. Communication & Timeline We aim to respond to emails within 1–2 business days. Timelines listed for packages are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness and project complexity. 7. Deliverables & Intellectual Property All design concepts, drawings, and materials remain the property of Evora Interiors by Alyssa until the “Completed Project” agreement is signed. After that point, clients receive use of the deliverables. 8. Completed Project Agreement At project end, a Completed Project Agreement is issued. By signing, both parties confirm: All deliverables have been provided and reviewed. Information is correct, and expectations are met. Once signed, the project is complete. Later design changes require a new agreement and payment. 9. Disclaimer Evora Interiors by Alyssa is not a licensed architect or engineer. Any designs involving structural changes must be reviewed by a licensed professional for safety and code compliance. Limitation of Liability: Evora Interiors by Alyssa is not responsible for construction methods, workmanship, code compliance, or results of work performed by contractors or third parties.
